5、Character: Heptahydrate is colorless prismatic or needle-shaped crystal. Anhydrous is white crystalline powder or powder. It’s odorless, tastes bitter and salty. It is freely soluble in water and glycerin，slightly soluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is neutral.
6、Usage: In food industry, it is used as nutritional fortifier (Magnesium supplement), solidification, flavor agent，process aid and brew additive. It is used as nutritional source to improve fermentation. It also could modify the hardness of water.
